On January 28‚1967 I gave birth to a Baby Girl weighing 8 pounds and 6 ounces at a Catholic Hospital in Miami‚ Florida. I had my pre-natal care at a ob/gyn clinic at the same hospital. I was 16 years old when I had my daughter. My name at the time was Catherine Ann Bertrand and my date of birth is May 30‚1950. The adoption was facilitated by Catholic Charities of Watertown‚ New York 13601 which is in Jefferson County. A few days after my baby was born ‚a social worker from Catholic Charities‚ flew to Miami and picked up my baby and they returned to Watertown‚NY for my daughter to be placed with her adoptive family. I named my baby Hope Elisabeth Bertrand. I do realize her adoptive family gave her another name. I have never seen her original birth certificate. My name now is Catherine A. Zeigler.I live in Buffalo‚NY. I would love to meet and get to know my daughter if she is willing.
