My brothers name is Lawrence James Tucker. Last name may differ now. I contacted adopted mom via HRA coworker. It failed immediately. I take it she had a new child new life for him. He was 4 when I last seen him and I’m 44 now. He was lost to his mom side not our dad’s. I love him dearly and have a fb page trying to find him. He went to CUNY is all I know and was finally adopted in 1999. We called him Keebie. Any help I’d love.
