My name at birth was Eleanor mueller as well. 15/15/1954, and was placed with state charities aid association ( spence Chapin agency) for adoption. I was born in Beth Israel hospital in New York City. My birth mother stayed at I wood house for women from her fifth month until she gave birth. I was told I had an older brother.
