I was born in Johnson City, NY at Johnson Memorial Hospital and was adopted at birth. The Binghamton Division of Social Services handled the adoption. Non-identifying information I have from New York notes that my birth mother was 21 when I was born and she had a child before me (believe to be a brother born two-three years prior to me). Nothing besides that - and no information on the birth father was noted.
