I am looking for my biological parents. I was born on March 27, 1968 at Booth Memorial Hospital in Queens, New York. My mother was 20 years old at the time of my birth and according to records my father was not present in the relationship or decision-making. My adoptive mom remembers a possibly long German name on my original birth certificate, but cannot remember the spelling.. however she believes it started with the letter S. I was made aware of the fact that my paternal grandfather passed away at an early age from a heart related illness or a heart attack. I hope this additional info helps.
