I am writing on behalf of my mother, She had a son when she was 19 and I am looking for my half-brother. He was born In Glens Falls Hospital near Albany, NY on 4/22/82. Was adopted there after only a few days 4/27/82. I believe it was a closed adoption. The court that was used was Family Court State of NY, City of NY, County of Queens. He would be a white male with dark hair most likely, and dark eyes. Please help.
