I was born in Metropolitan Hospital in New York City.. My birth mother’s name is Carmen Hernandez. I believe she was 26 years old at the time of my birth. She was born in Puerto Rico and I believe that she had 2 or 3 daughters prior to my birth that were raised in Puerto Rico with my birth mother’s parents. At the time of my birth she also had a 2 year old son which she gave away to his birth father.. I was told she was seen pregnant again after me and was believed to had given birth to a boy… I have been looking for so many years for my birth parents and siblings but I have not been successful.. For me it is imperative to find them due to my children and I being immune compromised and need to know the answers as to why or whom in my genetics I got the illnesses from.
