Hello my Name is Miranda Merchant. I’m helping my mother find her biological family hopefully. All we know is my Mother was born in Manhattan New, York through a adoption agency. My Mother was told her birth mother gave her the Name of Patricia Ann at birth as it stuck. We know that her mother was between the ages of 15-16 as well as her father. We were also told that her mother was sent to the adoption agency to have my mother because it was a very quiet thing within her family because of her age. My mother got adopted my Janice and Richard Williams in March of 1969.
