Looking on behalf of my mother for her birth parents. Pretty sure the adoption was private/ not in any legal system. She was Born in a hospital in BrooklynNY‚ and immediately handed over to her adoptive parents. Was told the birth mother didn’t love in nyc‚ but was a student & aspiring actress.
