my Mom Mary Stamp ( Hockenberry gave birth to a baby boy September 21st 1967 or 68 in buffalo at booth memorial hospital for unwebbed mothers. S he was 17 yrs old in fostercare all her life untill a foster family the name of Pearl Jones & William Jones took her in. Pearl made her give up her baby due to her being so young & at the time my Mom did not know the papers she signed was papers to put her baby boy up for adoption. My Mom was born 1-4-1950 & was born in Niagara Falls NY & lived in Lockport NY at the time of her baby was born.
