2 conflicting stories- one says he was born in Scotia‚ NY - one says he was born in Buffalo‚ NY. Birth father Lon Buchalski (15/16 at time of birth) Judy Foy (15/16 at time of birth - now deceased) The birth mother has sisters Virgina Besch (Ginny) Connie Foy (Lynch) Sherry Foy and 2 or 3 brothers. Apparently‚ she was told her mother and sister Ginny took the baby to 2 doctors in Buffalo‚ NY. Buffalo doctors were Robert Collins (deceased) and Harry Pappas (deceased)‚ (worth noting that supposedly the doctor had a fire at the office and lost all records.) Adoption papers signed in1965 at courthouse in Buffalo.
