I was given up for adoption and my place of birth was Misericordia Hospital Manhattan New York.. was born on February 24 1947 and give up on the 30th of Jul.The surrender was at committed on May 7, 1947 how or by whom: department of Welfare of the City of New York. I was placed with my adoptive parent Eustace J. Farley ad Angele M. Farley. The committment was by Department of Welfare of the City of New York and it was filed at the Hospital. The name of the investigaor of foster home Marietta Scully=worker I was baptized and was baptized Roman Catholic - parents were Roman Catholic. There is a baptismal record somewhere and would like to see if I can locate that as well. Thank you so much for your most important help...Cannot thank you enough
