I was born Elizabeth Christine Ziegler on September 7, 1976, at 6:30 pm in Lacakwanna, NY at Our Lady of Victory (Father Baker) Hospital. My birth mother was 17 years old at the time and my birth father was 19. I do know my Birth Mother’s identity and have been told my Birth Father’s name. My Birth Mother’s Maiden name is Jean Marie Ziegler. I have been in contact with her as well as my 2 half-siblings through her. I am seeking ANY and ALL birth family I can find - INCLUDING Mom & Dad. My adoptive parents are Jean Marie (O’Shaughnessy) Kiene and Thomas Henry Kiene. They lived in Lockport, NY on Willow Street at the time of my adoption Thomas passed away in March 2001, Jean is still living and is refusing to give me any other information. I would like to find any half-siblings I might have on my Birth Father’s side (as well as my Birth Father).
