I am searching for my half brother. My mom had him at the age of 18/19 and gave him up for adoption. She was not able to take care of him and wanted him to have a better life than she felt she could give him. She tried to find him before she passed away in 2006 and I have been searching for him since. He was born at Albany Medical Center in Albany‚ NY on or about Jan. 7‚ 1969 and we believe he was adopted through Catholic Charities‚ but not sure. The birth father was William Stafford‚ also of Albany‚ NY
