I can only give the information about my own search that I know of my own adoption. I share a Bio Mother with my half brother but know who his Father is. I do not know if my sibling knows he is adopted or if he is or has ever searched, although I would like to locate him. He was born sometime between 1964-1966 but I feel 1965 is more along the targeted time frame. Wayne County Dept. of Social Services in Lyons NY took the case and his adopted "alias" name would have used the initials of "N.R." I was born at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital in 1967 and believe he must have been born there as well.
