I have ALL of the adoption papers for my adoption including my birth mother’s name and a note to my adopted parents. I know she didn’t want to give me up so I am confident that if she is still alive she will want to meet me. I am hoping for a way to contact her that is safe and if she does not want to meet me I do not infringe on her. My birth mother’s name is Sandra Lombardo She was 19 yo at the time of my birth (78 yo now) I was born Charles Lombardo My name was changed to Patrick J Muldoon I was born 4.29.59 and lived with my birth other until 8.18.60 when I was adopted.
