My son was born at the then Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow‚ Long Island‚ New York at about 11 AM on 1/20/1987 via a planned C-section....He was full-term and weighed exactly 7 lbs. 8 oz......I was still technically married to my estranged then husband at the time‚ but he was not the biological father......by state law‚ i was told that I had to put my estranged husbands last name on the birth certificate...which made me extremely angry....and he took his time making it to the hospital after all arrangements were made to have him adopted to release him‚ even though we hadn't talked in a year...it was a mess.......I hope that you can help me......Part of me is STILL missing......I pray for my son every day....Even though I know at the time I made the right decision.....THAT decision haunts me every day....Thanks
