I am looking for my half brother. He was born in New york, most likely NYC but could have been upstate NY (dutchess/orange county) between 1977 and 1981. He was adopted at birth supposedly to a Jewish couple. He could possibly have a birth last name Malloy but not certain. I think he was adopted right at birth.
