My son’s name is Elias Duane Santiago/stark and was 4 at the time of the illegal termination of my rights. I was at the time incarcerated and the Broome county Jail knew I had family court but refused to bring me. But if anyone knows his whereabouts and they know how he’s been I’d like to know. Just because him and his brother my other son was not with me. There was never a moment I didn’t stop to think about them. And my love for them never deminished. But to be honest I believe and hope that they had everything I couldn’t offer and that they went with a family who deserved those two beautiful and vary smart boys. Because they deserved better than what I was offering....
