I was born in the Bronx in Jacoby hospital. My birth mother supposedly worked at a place called Funland? (Mary Lou)My birth father May have been a police officer in NY ? My cousin Jimmy Feerick helped with the arraignments. He was a friend of hers. My birth mother had a 2 year old daughter prior to me. (Robin)? Jimmys wife was Dotsie. My uncle was George DeSio he obtained the attorney. We moved to Hopatcong NJ in 1970. I graduated Sussex Vo Tech in 1980. In 1981 I became a police officer and retired 28 years later. I was married and have 3 grown children of my own. Since, both adopted parents who were wonderful to me are deceased. I just want to reconnect. I don’t want anything from you. You know almost daily I have to lie about me. An Italian family adopted me. I look nothing like them. I look more Irish. People see my name and say you don’t look Italian! So I have to say I’m from the northern area of Italy so I dont have to explain my life why I don’t look like them. Its like I don’t have closure on my life. Even on here it’s hard to write all this. Because when you do a search you always think this is it. I found them!!! Then the let down that you didn’t and back to square one where it’s hard to do it again and you have to mentally put it away for a few years.
