I am Cynthia’s biological aunt. Her father is Wesley Edward Schrom and Cynthia was put up for adoption at a very young. Born in Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York. The Child protective services in Schenectady placed her for adoption after being taken away, her father tried very hard to be the father she needed, and we have no information as to where she is or how to contact her.
