I have an open adoption with my son however I lost contact with his parents. it was nobodys fault but my own I would love to reconnect and see how he has grown and have a relationship with him if they feel it would be ok at this time. if not can I at least receive updates from them until he becomes of age to decide on his own if he would like contact with me. I am not trying to destroy his life. I gave him up for adoption because I could not give him the stability or a good home life he has now.
