My name js Roberto Garcia, I believe i might have been a twin. I was just under 2lbs when i was born and have Cerebral palsy. Im not sure who my dad is even though there is a name listed on my birth certificate but there is no records for him. My moms name was Virginia and i was with her until she passed in 1980. I dont know to much about my mother or her family.
