Unknown if my sibling is adopted or nonadopted. Mother may have possibly worked at American Legion in Tupper Lake‚ NY during Summer sometime in 1960s. RUMORED that parent moved or was taken out of town before my father knew or was able to reach the mother of the child. A supposed letter was sent to the father of the child and was received by the wrong person.
