I was born in Bellevue Hospital on September 17‚1988. I was adopted from Angel Guardian Home in Brooklyn‚ NY. My mother is Penny Sue Ruch. She was adopted by Sterling W. Ruch. She lived at 31 Van Pelt Ave in 1988. She's from Wilson Borough‚PA. She most likely graduated in 1982 based on her date of birth‚ which is 1964. According to public records she lives in Soho. I tried to get in contact with by letter and by phone by I've been unsuccessful. Her name wasn't on the buzzer list. Perhaps she recently moved out.
