I was 14 years old and i gave birth at Mater Hospital in Newcastle to a little girl She was taken straight away from me and adopted out I was young so I am not even sure if dates or months My mother did not want to have the baby and I wasn’t allowed to have anything to do with her My name is Natalie Gae Horne I was born on 10/11/1973 and are also adopted I went to family planning clinic at Newcastle Darby street about 3-4 days before I went into labour My mother’s name is Jennifer Maud Horne she would’ve been the one giving consent to the adoption as I never did I have had two other children a boy born 6/10/91 Shayne Michael Boag delivered at John Hunter Hospital Newcasltle and a girl born 18/12/93 Karli Louise Boag. Born at Westmead Hospital Sydney I am at a loss on how to find or contact her. Please help
