I was born in Darlinghurst at King George V Memorial Hospital for Mothers & Babies in Darlinghurst NSW (I think) on the 5/5/1989. My foster mother gave me a card where my original name was registered to be Alicia Macleay but I am unsure of the spelling. I am looking for my birth mother, father and any siblings.
