My birth mother’s name is Diane Codling and she was 19. Birth father is not on certificate so have no idea who he is but would love to meet him as well if possible. I was adopted out at around 6 weeks old and was born on 30 September 1966 in the Camperdown Children’s Hospital and my birth mother gave me the name Leanne. My adoptee parents have now both passed and were wonderful parents. I have been thinking about doing this for over 30 years but was always hesitant and the time is now before it’s too late.
