I was told my adopted family I was born October 15‚1970 in Tulsa at St. John’s hospital. My adopted family was living in New Mexico at the time. The attorney that handled case was Lawrence Johnson and Frederick smith (my adopted dad) now both deceased. A piece of paper I found said baby grace tanguay but Lawrence told me they use to se false names. I have Tourette’s so that may be an identifying factor. Hospital has no record of me either. I have no birth certificate bc of this
