Hello I am looking for my birth father. I was born January 6, 1989 in Albuquerque New Mexico at University of New Mexico Hospital and placed for adoption through Chaparral Adoption Agency here in Albuquerque. Unfortunately the agency has since closed. My birth mothers name is Celestina "Sally" Rodriguez. I have met my birth mothers side of the family. My birth mother says all she knows is that my father’s name is Joseph "Joe" Rodriguez. She says that he is puerto rican. I know that they met in South Texas and that is all I know about my birth father. Any tips or help is greatly appreciated.
