I am searching on behalf of my mother-in-law‚ Lisa‚ who has no record of her birth mother. We know she was born in Albuquerque‚ NM in 1963. Lisa was apparently adopted from a woman who rented out a room to Lisa’s mother who was likely babysitting for them‚ or something along those lines. Lisa’s mother’s maiden name was Wilkinson‚ and was likely 16 or younger at the time of Lisa’s adoption. Lisa’s birth mother also had polio at the time and could not care for her. Lisa now lives in Kansas and cannot find any record of her birth parents‚ siblings‚ or any family.
