I was able to confirm my mother name from NJ adoption records‚ actual birth certificate. She was Sheila Addie Fegen‚ She is now known as Shiela Fegen Koscielny. She refused communication‚ along with confirmation of being my biological birth deliverer‚ also refusal of family medical history. And who my father was. Any medical history would be nice.
