Hi I’m looking for my biological parents. I believe the adoption was unjust (hunch) and my siblings and I were put up for adoption. We have Cuban parents who came here in 1980 and were placed in Fort Chaffee Arkansas refugee came until approximately spring of 1981. They moved to Elizabeth, NJ where they later gave birth to my older sister on Feb 23, 1982. I was later born on July 27, 1983 in Trenton City, NJ. Our brother was born on Feb 23, 1981 at Fort Chaffee, AR. The agency that handled our case was DCF in NJ. As far as I know my parents’ names are Juan (after my brother) and Inocencia (after my sister) and their last name is Dela. Again, they’re Cuban so I’m not 100% on the surname as it may be De La or Dela Cruz for instance.
