I am a female adoptee searching for my birth family. I was born May 31‚ 1969 in Somerville NJ at Somerset Medical Center. The agency that handled the adoption was United Family and Children’s Society in Plainfield NJ. I do not remember the attorneys name‚ but I do know that he is deceased now. I was told that my birth mother had a son‚ who was 2 1/2 yrs old at the time of my birth‚ and he had a cleft palate that was repaired. I do not want nor need anything from my birth family except to know them. I’ve had a happy life so far‚ and I only wish to know where I came from :)
