Hello‚ my fiance was born in molin (not sure of spelling) hospital in Newark‚ NJ. He was born on March 21‚ 1970 and was adopted six months later. His adoptive parents kept his first name the same‚ which is Norman‚ however‚ they changed his middle name to his adoptive father's middle name which is Jay and his adoptive last name is Brooks‚ however‚ his Birth last name is presumed to be Adams because that is his Birth father's last name. His adoptive mother told him that his birth father may have been an actor of some sort. She also told him that his birth mother had him in her forties. She left him at the hospital with a note asking for someone to please take care of him. He was in the hospital for about six months before being adopted. We would love for someone to tell us where to proceed from here. Thank you!
