Hi, I have met my biological mom and siblings. Myself and two other brothers were taken by the state of NJ. My mom will not tell me much about him. When I ask about him she doesn’t answer so I have limited information. I do know my older Marc was born in the San Juan, Puerto Rico Hospital on Jan 4th 1976. Soon after my mom and I think dad moved to Perth Amboy NJ. Our biological last name is Pagan. When the state took us, my understanding is that my dad signed the paperwork that he was giving us up.
