I’m looking for my older brother. At the time of my adoption, he was in the foster care system. He was born Eric Santos in New Jersey, December 1971. Our parents were 16 & 17 years old at the time of my birth and were getting divorced. I can’t find any information about Eric, so I assume he was adopted. I believe he lived in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and may have gone to Elizabeth High School between 1985-1989.
