The adoption took place in New York within a few days of your birth. We had to cross state lines for legal reasons for the adoption to take place We were very young 15 and 16 and neither of us filled out any paperwork for the original birth certificate so I am not sure what it would have even said, maybe baby girl The birth was at Danbury Hospital in CT but since we had to cross lines into New York I’m not sure how the birth certificate would read. Do any of the following names sound familier Smith, Michael (may have been attorneys name) Carr, Karr, Kerr ( sounds like that) or steven mean anything ?
