They decided against it and he was likely raised by a family member or placed privately. If he wasn’t raised by my Mother‚ and was given to a sister or brother‚ that would make him my brother and cousin. If I was 3‚ my brother was already born. He possibly lived with us for appx 6 - 9 months. Born at Clara Maas or St. Michaels hospital in newark. My Mother was married at a Catholic church in Nutley‚ NJ on March 5.
