I’m desperately searching for my son David. I had him on 11-1-07 in phila (where I live) but I signed his adoption papers at Ponzio’s Diner on Blackhors Pike in New Jersey. My lawyer told me I had to sign the papers there bc the AP lived there. But I know now it’s bc of different adoption laws in that state. On David’s birt cert in Pennsylvania his name is David Shawn Gavin but I know he has a different middle n last name. He was born in Pennsylvania Hospital at 8th & Spruce st His AP are Anne & Nicole but those might be fake names. I was told David has an older brother Justin who is also adopted the lawyer I had is Stephen Dubin he was actually dis barred n in 2021 was sentenced to 18 months in prison for stealing money from adoptive parents he would take their money n not give them babies. This makes me scared that my adoption wasn’t legal. There are many things that I’m concerned about. David was born weighing 7 lbs he had blue eyes I do have pictures of him at 7 months old his AP mailed them to my parents. David was born addicted to pcp I used that drug while I was pregnant n I regret it he was a very sick baby he was in the hospital for over 3 months after he was born withdrawing it was awful for him.i pray I find my son I don’t know where to start this process
