My birth mother was Lorraine Alba of Elizabeth, NJ. She was 18 when I was born on Halloween 1957. The family doctor, Michael Holzman, arranged the private adoption for my adoptive parents, Philip and Louise Moss, also of Elizabeth NJ. The lawyer who handled the case for my adoptive family was Seymour Lichtenstein. My birth mother married Ronald Besser of Staten Island, NY a few months after I was born. The marriage was annulled about six months later. My birth mother then married Girolamo Palermo and had another child, Christopher, who I presume is my half brother. After making contact with a few of the Besser family members and one Alba member, no one knows the name of my birth father. It is he whom I seek. Lorraine died over ten years ago and no one I’ve spoken to knew about my birth. Perhaps someone knows Lorraine from her high school days and might know who she dated or hung out with. I would appreciate any information.
