My daughter was adopted when she was about 10 months old in the City of Newark, New Jersey thru the D.Y.F.S. department in Newark, New Jersey, her name at birth was / is : ( Ratisha Regina Barnes ) , she is now : ( 23 years old ), I’m desperately trying My best to find My Biological Daughter, I just hope and pray that the adoptive parents didn’t change her birth name !!!!!!
