Placed with Michel Family Oct 2nd‚ 1957‚ adoption finalized through lawyer August G Menge Oct 31‚ 1958 Jersey City‚ New Jersey. Baby was born with a “crick” in the neck‚ assymetry on Left side. X-rays indicated atrophy due to arm position in womb. Baby stayed 3 weeks in hospital before placement for treatment. Spontaneous birth at 40 weeks (full term). Her name was changed upon adoption.
