I am looking for my half brother "Joe" . Our fathers name is Frank Segarra-his mothers name is Patricia C (not sure of her last name at the time) "Joe" I was told was born between 1963 and 1965 in Newark, NJ I was told only a few years ago and was told never to mention it again. My father’s sister Yolanda told me she connected "Joe" with his adoptive parents (Joe may have an issue with his feet) and would not disclose anything more.
