Hi I’m looking for my uncle who was given up for adoption back in the 1960’s due to his parents being unable to care for him after he got his head stuck in something. I believe it was a crib but I could be wrong. He was born in New Jersey to Carol and Charles Boss‚ and has two sisters‚ Kim Wosser and Tiffany Russell… but I can’t seem to find a record of my uncle anywhere. His name at least at birth was Michael Alan Russell.
