The adopted mother’s name is Rosemary K. I heard her say her name and it sounded like Rosemary Cooper but the people in the courtroom called the parents by their initials which is MK and I think RK. It must be Kuper or Kooper....I don’t know how it’s spelled. They live in Ocean City NO and they adopted my daughter who was born August 7,2006 I believe and my son who was born March 11,2009 her name at birth was Jocelynn Wolf and his name at birth was Michael Ricci (the third) they changed her name but I’m not sure about his. Also not positive on the years of birth but pretty sure. Jocelyn was born in Birmingham Alabama and I took her to Cape May NJ where DYFS took her and then my son who was born in Cape May at cape Regional medical center. Jocelyn is half Mexican.
