Hello. I’m trying to help my cousin find his daughter. The mother of the child was bitter towards my cousin after they separated. So she placed the baby girl up for adoption after he got incarcerated. The birth mother is now deceased and my cousin is now out of prison and was deported back to our country of trinidad. He just wants a picture of the bAby and to know that she’s happy , he’s unclear of the date of birth, date she was placed into the system, exact full name of the mother. He remembers his name being on the birth certificate. He’s also unclear of the restrictions that were put on papers of adoption (no contact, contact?) please help
