In 1998 I had legal custody of my biological son Kyle Antwaun Nelson and I lived in Somerville‚ N. J. and was set up on a drug charge and sent to Prison for 5 years. My case was eventually overturned by the state of New Jersey apellate devison and dismissed the case. While I was in prison‚ the Somerset County Court System put him up for adoption against my will and said they didn’t need my signature or authorization to put him up for adoption! By Law‚ I had every single right to get my son back and I was never allowed to or able to do anything about it to this very day of 11/9/2023!! I Love my son and all of my kids regardless of what anyone said! I had written statements from Doctors‚ my employer‚ and clothing and grocery stores that had very positive reports of my parenting skills for a single father regardless of race religion or anything! I have no idea who adopted him‚ and the courts showed strong prejudice against me as they had no evidence of neglect or abuse! I just want to see my son again before I leave this earth because they didn’t have proof of anything besides using a mentally ill ex felon to testify against me so that he can remain free along with the others that they allowed to walk away freely when there was 5 individuals in the studio apartments on main street in Somerville New Jersey!
