I only know that Robert Epple had a birth name of Adam and the last name on the photo was not legible. He was my daughter’s father who had passed. We are hoping to connect with someone from his family for his children. He was adopted though an agency in New Jersey and his were the only papers not found when his parents died. All siblings were adopted. I think he was adopted out of Jersey City. The first 7 months were in a foster home. The story we got was that his birth mother was young. We are hoping that they will make a DNA connection and both have submitted to different companies. This is for my daughters‚ his children to help find their biological families and history. Their DNA shows Puerto Rican geneology as well as others.
