Hi, I am looking for my step-brother that was given up for adoption at birth (I believe). My mother requested for his first and middle name to stay the same. His first name is Joseph and his middle name is Anthony. I have called the agency of where I believed he was adopted from Catholic Charities in Trenton, NJ.
